We are excited to partner with Ultimate Play Day as our company focuses on the elevated strength and conditioning of our youth. Our business under the leadership of Sidney Cador, has assisted hundreds of kids to excel in many different sports arenas. Connecting with the child mentally allows a mutual trust between our trainers, the kids, and their parents to properly guide the conditioning and strength training necessary to achieve their ultimate success goals.
To be part of our membership, the kids must first provide proof of passing grades and show an eagerness to improve grades as needed. Partnering with U.P.D. helps us to provide those resources to have a well-balanced program for our young shining stars.

Bridge DA Gap is a 501c3 non-profit organization that utilizes music to enhance the social-emotional development of youth in the areas of character building principles, life skills and self-regulation. Bridge DA Gap infuses Hip Hop music with the latest advances in technology to present youth in grades 6 through 12 with a comprehensive social-emotional development curriculum.
